Your information, respected

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Aztenix, Inc. values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit aztenix.com, request an estimate, contact us, or book and pay for electrical services, and how that information is used and disclosed.

1. Who We Are

Aztenix, Inc. (“Aztenix,” “we,” or “us”) is a California electrical contractor serving Greater Los Angeles and Orange County. For questions about this policy or requests relating to your information, email info@aztenix.com or call (310) 801-5676.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our website and services, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and service address.
  • Project and property information: requested service, property type, electrical panel details, equipment preferences, descriptions of electrical problems, access information, and other information you enter into Instant Quote or our contact form.
  • Project photographs and attachments: images you upload to help us plan or document a job. These may show parts of your property or other personal details, so please upload only information relevant to your request.
  • Transaction and booking information: quote selections, prices, payment amounts, order numbers, payment status, appointment dates, and related communications. Payment-card details are handled according to the payment method and provider selected at checkout.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device details, referral pages, timestamps, error information, and cookies or similar identifiers used for site operations and, if enabled, analytics or other integrations.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information you submit through contact forms, Instant Quote, checkout, appointment booking, email, telephone, and photo uploads. Our website and hosting providers may also collect standard technical information automatically. If you choose to use integrations or third-party payment tools, those services may collect information under their own privacy policies.

4. Why We Use Your Information

We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare and revise estimates; assess service areas and job requirements; schedule and perform electrical work; communicate about appointments and orders; process and reconcile payments; provide customer support; send legally required notices; maintain business records; protect the site against fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We may use aggregated or appropriately de-identified information to understand and improve our services.

5. Instant Quote, Location, and Photographs

Our estimate tool uses the details you submit to prepare a quote. To confirm that a requested city is within our service area, the system may send the city name—not your complete street address—to a third-party geocoding service. Uploaded project images may be stored with your related order or job record and shared with personnel or service providers who need them to evaluate or complete your project.

6. Checkout and Payments

Our website uses WooCommerce for applicable checkout and order management. If online payments are enabled, the payment service displayed at checkout processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices. We retain order details and payment status as needed for bookings, accounting, support, and legal compliance. Do not send payment-card numbers through the contact form or by email.

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies or similar technologies necessary for website functionality, such as remembering a shopping cart, preserving a session, and supporting checkout. Depending on the WordPress plugins and integrations in use, optional analytics or marketing technologies may also collect information about website activity. You can usually manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout or booking features from working. If optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled, we will identify those tools and provide any legally required notices and controls.

8. When We Share Information

We disclose information only where reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including to website hosting and IT providers, payment processors, email and communication providers, scheduling and order-management providers, and employees or subcontractors involved in your requested service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a legitimate business transaction with appropriate safeguards. Third-party providers process information under their own applicable agreements and practices.

9. Sale or Sharing for Targeted Advertising

Aztenix does not offer customer contact information for sale in exchange for money as part of its ordinary electrical contracting operations. California law may define certain advertising-related disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing” even when no money changes hands. If we enable third-party advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking that qualifies under applicable law, we will update this notice and provide any required opt-out mechanism. Contact us using the information below if you have questions about technologies currently active on our website.

10. How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiries and estimate details for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up, and maintain appropriate business records. Project details, photographs, contracts, invoices, and payment records may be retained for the life of the customer relationship and longer where reasonably necessary for warranties, taxes, bookkeeping, disputes, or legal compliance. Technical and security logs are retained according to operational need and the settings of our hosting and website providers. When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or securely archive it as appropriate.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to any lawful recordkeeping obligations. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act if and when that law applies to our business, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising a protected right. To submit a request, email info@aztenix.com or call (310) 801-5676. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or deleting personal information. You may also authorize an agent to make a request where permitted by law.

12. Browser Privacy Signals

Browser “Do Not Track” settings are not a universal website standard, and our website does not treat them as a separate request system by default. Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized opt-out preference signals must be addressed where applicable, including if advertising tools that qualify as selling or sharing are enabled. If you wish to opt out of a particular use of your information, contact us at the address above.

13. Security and Children

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is intended for customers seeking electrical services and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.

14. Third-Party Websites

External links and embedded services may have separate privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies before providing information to them.

Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our Contact form and on the first step of our Instant Quote flow to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals such as IP address, browser or device characteristics, and interaction data for bot detection and website security. When Turnstile operates in Invisible mode, Cloudflare requires websites using it to reference the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. On Instant Quote, Turnstile is used only when the first-step lead is created; later quote steps are not repeatedly challenged.

Google Analytics and Search Console

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and how visitors use aztenix.com. Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate geographic area, device and browser information, referral source, campaign parameters, and interactions with website features. Our website configuration disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals by default. We also use Google Search Console to understand aggregate Google Search performance, such as search queries, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position. Search Console reporting does not itself add a visitor-tracking tag to the website.

To help us understand which marketing sources produce inquiries, the website may temporarily retain referral and campaign information such as UTM parameters in your browser and associate that information with a Contact or Instant Quote lead that you choose to submit. We use this information to measure website and marketing performance. Google handles information under its own privacy terms and policies.

15. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as our website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date shown above reflects the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before making material changes to our information practices.
