HELP CENTER
Instant Quotes
Estimates, project details, and how our online quote works.
How does Instant Quote work?
Is the Instant Quote price final?
Your Instant Quote is an initial estimate based on the information you provide. Existing electrical conditions, access, permits, utility requirements, and other site details can affect the actual scope and price. If anything needs to change, we’ll explain it before additional work and obtain any written approvals required for your project.
What do I need to get an Instant Quote?
It helps to know which service you need, the type of property, the location of the work, and any relevant equipment details. For an EV charger, photos of your electrical panel and intended charger location can be useful. For a service call, describe the symptoms and any known safety concerns.
Do you need to visit before giving me an estimate?
Our goal is to provide a useful starting estimate online, without making you wait at home for an initial visit. Certain installations, electrical faults, or unusual property conditions still require an on-site assessment before we confirm a final scope and price.
What if my project isn’t listed in Instant Quote?
We handle more than the services shown in the online quote wizard. Contact us with a short description of the project and we’ll let you know the next step.

Payments & Refunds
Deposits, cancellations, and how payments are handled.
Do I need to pay when I book?
For residential installation projects, checkout collects only a deposit calculated as 10% of the estimated project price or $1,000, whichever is less. The remaining balance is handled later under the written payment schedule for your project. For the built-in Electrical Service Call path, no advance payment is collected online; qualifying California Service and Repair work is paid after the work is completed.
Are deposits refundable?
Your cancellation and refund rights are determined by your signed agreement and applicable California law. The online deposit does not waive any statutory right to cancel or receive a refund. Qualifying home-improvement contracts include the required cancellation notices and instructions.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@aztenix.com or (310) 801-5676. Your agreement and the law determine the cancellation process and any refund. Qualifying California home-improvement contracts generally provide a three-business-day cancellation right, or five business days for customers aged 65 or older, subject to applicable exceptions. Your written agreement and required cancellation notice control the details.
Why can’t I pay the full project price online?
For residential home-improvement projects, California limits the amount a contractor may collect as a down payment. Instant Quote therefore charges only 10% of the estimated project price or $1,000, whichever is less. Later payments are handled under your written payment schedule as work is performed or materials are delivered.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is due and approved, we’ll process it in accordance with your agreement and applicable legal deadlines. The time it takes to appear in your account also depends on the payment provider and your bank. Contact us with your order number if you need an update.
What if the price changes after I’ve booked?
If site conditions or your requested scope differ from the details in your quote, we’ll explain the change and any effect on pricing or timing. When required, we’ll provide a written change order for your approval before proceeding with additional work. You won’t be asked to approve an unexplained charge.
Your signed agreement and any legally required cancellation notice govern your particular booking. Read our terms →

Appointments & Services
Scheduling, service areas, permits, and what to expect.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes—please contact us as early as possible so we can review available dates. Any rescheduling charges or restrictions depend on your project-specific agreement and applicable law. If we need to move your appointment, we’ll reach out to coordinate another time.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Greater Los Angeles and Orange County. Availability may depend on the specific location and project. Our Instant Quote tool can help check your service address.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Permit and inspection requirements vary by jurisdiction and the work being performed. Your written project scope will identify which permits, utility coordination, and related fees are included and who is responsible for arranging them.
Can you install an EV charger I already purchased?
In many cases, yes. Tell us the make and model of your charger during Instant Quote. We’ll review compatibility with your property, installation requirements, and any needed electrical upgrades.
What happens during an electrical service call?
We’ll review the problem, inspect the affected equipment as appropriate, and troubleshoot the likely cause. If a repair needs extra parts or labor beyond your agreed scope, we’ll explain the options and any additional charges before proceeding.
Do you offer emergency electrical service?
Contact us to check our current availability, but an online quote or booking does not guarantee emergency response. For fire, smoke, a downed power line, or another immediate danger, move to safety and call 911 or your utility as appropriate.
